Debbie Billings

In 1987, while attending the University of Tennessee, Debbie Billings co-founded Graphic Creations Inc., a multi-million dollar print media, signage and marketing company servicing businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to local and global Fortune 500 companies. As president, Debbie’s leadership and focus on continued growth earned Graphic Creations many industry awards, including Print Industries of America Award of Excellence (2018), Top 100 Small Commercial Printers in North America (2015-2018), and North America Print Leadership Marketing Plus Award (2014). Debbie was also a finalist for the 2016 and 2017 Pinnacle Award for Women in Business from Knoxville Chamber of Commerce. In December 2018, Debbie sold Graphic Creations to pursue her second passion, real estate. She is currently expanding on her own years of experience and passion for the industry as a commercial real estate investor and REALTOR® with Heritage Realty. Debbie currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Infrastructure Committee for the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of the organization’s Executive Board. Previously, Debbie served on the City of Knoxville Wrecker Commission, the City of Knoxville Golf Committee, and as Treasurer for the Cumberland Avenue Merchants Association and C7 Design Review Board.
